Bali Afro-Latin Dance Boot Camp

Our Invitation to You:

We welcome solo travelers as well as couples and groups of friends & family members.
A prior Bachata and Kizomba experience is needed – you can be beginner but we ask you to be very comfortable with the basic steps and basic movements, have a very strong base in those 3 dances:

In Bachata you need to be able to do the basics side to side and back and forth steps, ladies’ and men’s turn and tapping step.
In Kizomba you need to be able to do the basic 3, basic 2 (side step), half tempo, cha cha turn and ladies’ and men’s saida.

There is a minimum age of 18 years old to join this retreat.
All the activities and workshops will be held in English. We do not provide translators.
We recommend that our guests be in good physical health to participate in our various activities.
All Bali Afro-Latin Dance Boot Camp guests must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and sign the liability waiver prior to attending our event.
We do not share your information with others unless necessary to book the vacation, please see our Privacy Statement for details.

Privacy Statement

Bali Afro-Latin Dance Boot Camp and Ubud Studio does not share or sell your email address to third parties.
If you chose to book an event with Bali Afro-Latin Dance Boot Camp and Ubud Studio, we will need your name and email address to complete the transaction. We will not share those details with anybody who is not directly involved in organizing your vacation.
All the payments have to be sent in USD (US Dollars), all the currency exchange, bank and PayPal fees have to be paid by the guests.
The full payment is needed upon booking for any package

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by You

Bali Afro-Latin Dance Boot Camp and Ubud Studio work with quality vendors, instructors, and guides to provide you with a unique event. In order to best serve all our guests and provide high quality services we have a firm cancellation policy. There are no exceptions to this policy. We strongly encourage and recommend that you obtain trip interruption/cancellation insurance to protect yourself in the event that you must cancel your booking for any reason. This insurance can be purchased from various travel insurance companies. No refund will be made by the organizer, Bali Afro-Latin Dance Boot Camp and Ubud Studio.

Cancellations by you that are not made in writing (email is acceptable) are not valid under these Terms and Conditions. There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.

100% of the total of your package price will be fully refunded minus a $25 USD administration fee if you cancel at least 3 months before the first day of the event. A 50% of the total of your package price will be refunded if you cancel at least 2 months before the first day of the event. A 25% of the total of your package price will be refunded if you cancel at least 1 month before the first day of the event. No refund will be made if you cancel your booking less than a month before the first day of the event.

No partial refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips, transportation services, or other segments or portions of your package for any reason whatsoever. The cost of the boot camp is a package cost and refunds and credits are not available for services not used.

This cancellation policy is applicable for any early birds and regular prices packages, no refunds will be made to other special price or crazy deal packages.

Cancellations by Bali Afro Latin Dance Boot Camp and Ubud Studio

We do our utmost to maintain our standard of never cancelling a boot camp, but we reserve the right to cancel a retreat if the minimum group size of 6 participants has not been reached 30 days before the first day of the retreat. However, we will not cancel a boot camp on this basis if we have previously informed you that the boot camp has reached the minimum requirement and you should purchase airline tickets.

In the very unlikely circumstance that events outside the control of Bali Afro-Latin Dance Boot Camp may require that a retreat be cancelled, all deposits and payments made to date will be refunded in full (except $25 USD administration fees).

Because we strongly recommend that you obtain trip insurance and because you have notice of this cancellation policy, Bali Afro-Latin Dance Boot Camp and Ubud Studio is not responsible for any additional personal travel expenses you may incur in connection with cancelled retreats including airline tickets.

Payment to Bali Afro-Latin Dance Boot Camp indicates agreement with this cancellation policy.
